As a birth doula my job would be to support and advocate for you during the end stages of pregnancy as well as during your birth - whatever that may look like for you.. natural, home, hospital, drugs or no drug, drs or midwives. This is your birth and my job is to make sure you’re heard, seen, respected and supported.
I like to meet with moms 2x before birth.

-help you make informed medical decisions
-help you feel empowered in your choices
-provide emotional support during labor and delivery
-connect you with resources (lactation specialist etc)
- 24/7 on call support two weeks before birth date
-attendance at birth
-1 postpartum visit which includes belly binding or a yoni steam
